Arlynn “AJ” Justice

Operations Manager

AJ Justice serves as Brand Construction’s Operations Manager, providing oversight and support across active projects while working closely with company leadership, project managers, and field personnel. He brings approximately eight years of experience spanning welding and fabrication, mechanical construction, manufacturing and process facilities, hospitals, commercial and residential properties, and underground utility systems. AJ also spent three and a half years with the Department of Veterans Affairs as a lead pipefitter working with steam, plumbing, domestic and cooling water systems, and underground utilities.

AJ takes a hands-on approach to operations and believes customers should have honest, accurate, and transparent information about their projects. He works to provide an additional level of oversight beyond the project manager and site supervisor and is willing to step into whatever role is needed to help the team meet its goals. His focus is on keeping customers informed, addressing concerns quickly, and helping deliver a quality finished project.
