Daniel Bynum
Project Manager
Daniel Bynum serves as a Project Manager for Brand Construction, managing projects from preconstruction through completion. His responsibilities include estimating and scope review, subcontractor coordination, submittals, scheduling, procurement, quality control, safety coordination, owner communication, and overall project execution. He is involved throughout the full project lifecycle and works closely with owners, subcontractors, vendors, design teams, and field personnel to keep projects moving forward.
Daniel brings 22 years of experience in the construction industry, with a background in both project supervision and project management. His experience includes healthcare and VA/federal facilities, data centers and secure technology spaces, higher education, commercial renovations, office spaces, entertainment venues, infrastructure improvements, mechanical system replacements, and large-scale ground-up construction. His previous experience as both a Project Superintendent and Project Manager gives him a strong understanding of how planning, estimating, scheduling, and procurement decisions affect the work being performed in the field.
Daniel places a strong emphasis on communication, honesty, and follow-through. He believes customers should always understand where their project stands, what issues need to be addressed, and what the team is doing to keep the work progressing. His combination of field and management experience helps him identify potential problems early and work with the project team to develop practical solutions that can actually be implemented.
Daniel values the personal involvement Brand Construction maintains with its projects and takes pride in working for a company that stays close to the work and its customers. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his son, coaching flag football, fishing, boating, working on old muscle cars, and tackling construction projects of his own.
