He brings more than 30 years of experience in operations and sales management, with a background that includes equipment rental, construction support, logistics, fleet maintenance, customer service, and safety compliance.

Throughout his career, Ricky has worked closely with commercial and industrial contractors, construction teams, and industrial operations to coordinate equipment, deliveries, service, and project needs. His experience also extends into landscaping, agriculture, and heavy-equipment maintenance, giving him a broad understanding of how reliable planning and support affect field operations. He holds a degree in Business Management from Baylor University.
